Key achievements

  • HR: formal streamlining/standardisation priorities for 2017/18 confirmed
  • HR/ Legal Services: Efficiencies realised through standardised approach to legal services and e-rostering has won national recognition as a finalist in the HSJ Awards
  • Finance: Two financial hubs around the financial systems Integra and Agresso are in place

Progress on current projects – March 2017

  • Finance: A longer term financial strategy is under development, which will be confirmed in a workshop for the Directors Of Finance and Deputies
  • Finance: A review is taking place on system functionality on the back of the establishment of the two hubs around the financial systems Integra and Agresso
  • Payroll: An implementation plan has been established that will see Rotherham and RDASH join the shared service provided by STH
